Luis Zamora has been an experienced chef for the past 20 years. He has expertise in several different cuisines including American, Mexican, Chinese, Thai, and Italian. He has worked in such places as Red Rock, PF Chang’s, and Salt Lake Pizza & Pasta. He takes pride in making sure the food he creates leaves our guests satisfied. Luis is excited to be part of the team helping to bring an exceptional fine dining experience back to downtown Ogden.
