Chef Scanu takes great care matching up the perfect wines with exquisite cuisine, and also explains the choices and traditions of his pairings. These events are not to be missed. Culinary Classes
Zucca’s culinary classes provide you with a rich experience both in techniques you’ll learn and in the flavors you’ll encounter. Chef Scanu’s eclectic style lets your palette visit countries like Venezuela or Thailand, without ever leaving Utah. Culinary Classes are held most Saturdays at 11 am.
